What can we say, our Bouquetin IPA is a magical balance of maltiness and sweetness, it’s citrus aromas perforate every drop finishing up with a crisp not too overbearing bitterness. This fine brew wouldn’t be the same without a huge amount of Citra dry-hopping just after primary fermentation, it’s magical and totally worthy of its namesake the mighty wanderer of the high glacial alps.
